Sub-processors
The third parties that process personal data on Founderboard's behalf.
IntoApps Holding B.V. uses the sub-processors below to run the Founderboard platform. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement and may only process personal data on our documented instructions.

Langfuse, our AI observability system, is self-hosted on our own infrastructure and is therefore not a sub-processor.
For transfers outside the EEA we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
